What Kids Do When Their Parents Are Gone

Last night Rob and I went into the city
to meet some very dear friends for dinner.
They were visiting to see their son graduate from Law school
and their daughter graduate from college.
Kate and the boys stayed home.

This morning, on her way out the door for school,
Kate breezily asked me if I checked my camera last night.
"Nooo.." I responded somewhat warily.
"You really should, then!" she called out on her way out the door. "There's something on there for you."

Hmmmm. Now I was pretty suspicious of what happened last night.
After all, my camera is one of my most beloved objects.
In fact, we refer to it as the "Fourth Child."
"Watch out, don't sit on the Fourth Child!"

When I got a chance later today,
I pulled out the camera and took a look at what my kids were up to
while we were gone.

I was laughing SO HARD!

I'll let the photos speak for themselves...

I LOVE MY KIDS!!!
They are the BEST!

ROFL! Well, you have now been warned that if you give them enough freedom they just might come home with tatoos! Great pictures. It looks like they had a fantastic time.

What a fun crew! It's good to see them all getting along and having fun together.

So funny! Funnier that they left no traces on their faces/arms that you could detect when you and Rob came home!
