We have a guest blogger today...
my daughter Kate!
My soon to be 14 year old daughter, Kate!
...........
Hello all!!!!!!!
I have recently discovered the wonders of Facebook, and made several new friends through it. However, I have been more preoccupied with a more foreign concept..
Chatting!!!!!!
(On the first night I was so excited I tried to hold 3 chat conversations at once. NOT my brightest idea)
Ever time I get on Facebook, I check to see which of my friends are online. Today I check, and lo-and-behold my mother was on the list! After carefully weighing all the things I could do with this I finally, innocently, typed in the word HI!! To be quite honest I did not expect a response back, but there it was. About ten laughter-filled minutes later my mom realizes this is completely pointless and logs off.
However, by that time it was too late, there were 2 updated statuses, several threatening emails, and 2 women laughing on the bed....
These are the times my mom and I will remember!
(edited by Leeann to add: Kate and I were both sitting on the bed the whole time. So we were chatting on Facebook, sitting six inches from each other!)

Welcome to the world of Facebook Kate! My daughter Caitey is also on FB and sometimes we chat as well. It is kind of pointless but it is fun.
Wow! I am so happy, Leeann finally got rid of that stupid code thingy. I hated that. Freedom! Love it.
Hey Kate,
I just realized that you failed to mention that we were right beside each other on the bed the whole time! We were chatting online right next to each other!
And I love you!
Sign of the times, huh?
Now I get it...you were next to each other...LOL!
How fun! I love chatting with Taylor. We seem to communicate even better in writing.
