Cool! I didn't know you had a peach tree. Do you have to do anything special to them? Spray or whatever? Anyway, here is an awesome site for canning and freezing. I canned 9 or 10 quarts of peaches this year. We will enjoy them this winter. Anyway, the site has great directions and pictures so even the inexperienced can do it.

First on my "what I would do with that many peaches" list....peach cobbler...THEN...fresh peach ice cream....then...more peach cobbler.

I'm keeping an eye on mine too cause the other day they were still too hard to pick so once they get a little more ripe I'm out there lol our one tree is absolutely loaded
