Hello everyone!
Having perused my freezer and checked the grocery store ads,
I am prepared for yet another Monday.
With all kinds of sports practices,
drama and band taking over our lives
planning and ease is the name of the game!
Sunday- Corned beef and mashed potatoes, fresh pineapple wedges.
Monday- Roast chicken in the crockpot, rice, broccoli crowns.
Tuesday- Meat loaf, garlic new potatoes, peas.
Wednesday- Chicken teriyaki, rice, green beans.
Thursday- Chicken cheese casserole (using leftover chicken from Roast chicken), fresh fruit
Friday- Eggs on toast and Waffles.
Saturday- Leftovers or Make Your Own
