Much as I don't want to add thinking about
food and its preparation this week
the truth of the matter is that the family must be fed!
Drumroll, please....
Sunday (tonight, when I wrote this)- Parmesan crusted pork chops,
green beans or asparagus
Monday (Christmas Eve!)- Crock Pot Pot Roast, oven roasted vegetables,
Tuesday (Christmas morning)- Over night Cinnamon Rolls, Overnight Amish Breakfast Casserole (thank you, Laura W!)
Artichoke dip and Baguette slices
Wednesday- Crock pot roasted chicken, corn pudding, green beans
Thursday- Artichoke pasta, fruit
Friday- Chicken enchiladas and chicken Quesadillas (using leftover chicken from Wednesday), rice and beans.
Other breakfast idea- Crepes.
Lunches- leftovers, homemade pizzas.
