Gwen is a lovely little girl...
a lovely, smart, musical little girl
who also has mitochondrial disease.
Right now, Gwen is struggling for her life.
My friend Jenn (Gwen's aunt)
and her husband and kids have driven up to Boston
to be with Gwen's family.
To hope, to pray, to support;
to gather in love.
Please pray for Gwen.
Please pray for her moms and her sister.
Please pray for her family.
Dear Father,
We realize that once again,
Gwen is at a crossroads.
Please allow her body to feel no pain,
and to heal.
Please allow her mind to rest
and let her feel the love of her family surrounding her.
Bring a sense of calm to Kim and Sue and Abby
as they wait with Gwen.

What a beautiful prayer Leeann. I'll be thinking and praying for Gwen and her family.
I've been praying for Gwen since reading last night's update. The last update was beautiful and hopeful. Kim's composure, strength, and beautiful writing continues to amaze me.
